In this Muay Thai fight, which took place at the Grand Casino Baden Fight Night in September 2011, Dario Orteca fought against his countryman from Switzerland Zakki Brutt. The Muay Thai fight, which was fought under K1 rules, was the first fight of the prestigious event. Both fighters were able to land some great kicks and punches as well as clinch knees. Orteca fought with red boxing gloves and Brutt wore blue. This welterweight K1 match ended in a draw but was very entertaining for the crowd in Switzerland. Both fighters fought with a very aggressive style which led to one of them falling into the ropes. Brutt was especially effective using nice kicks.
