Muay Thai Defense
Videos of various muay thai defense techniques
Muay thai trainer Damon Faulker from Singdayt Gym in England shows various muay thai defense techniques. The first muay thai defense he talks about in this instructional video is how to defend against the throw during the clinch. After that the trainer shows a teep defense against the leg and counter. One way to defend is an easy step back. Also in this instructional video Liam Harrison from Bad Company Gym shows a teep defense against the push kick, which is called the leg drag. The Muay Thai fighter basically defends himself against the kick by catching it and dragging the leg of the opponent in a muay thai fight. All of these are great muay thai defense techniques and counter attacks after you defend yourself from kicks in a muay thai fight.
